Time registration
For a public authority department we developed a Windows application to register the used time and resources for de-icing roads. The application calculates the monthly costs based on entered time, resources, hourly rates and contractual rules.
Optical cardreader
For a customer we developed an optical cardreader. An image is taken from an embedded marker in a bank or credit card, and translated into a unique code. For this project, CustomWare developed the hardware and firmware.
Laser drill table
For an American company, CustomWare developed a laser drill table, to shoot 50µm holes in 15 mil ceramic panels at high speed (2.5ms). Besides the electronics to drive the CO2 laser, we also developed some of the optical components.The entire mechanical design is done with 3D CAD software, enabling us to fit all components together before actually milling one single part.
Ceramic chipcarrier
For a well known chipmanufacturer, we designed a CSP (Chip Scale Package) for a 10Gbit multiplexer. The actual size of the carrier on the right is only 8 x 8mm, with line-space dimensions of 60µm.
